SA Design is a design firm based in Los Angeles, California. We are dedicated to creating inspiring places to live and work, ranging from high-end single-family homes to multi-family residential buildings. At SA Designs, our primary goal is to deliver professional excellence in design to private clients, investors, and developers. We specialize in a wide variety of project types, including new construction, home remodels, flips, additions, alterations, interior design, and ADU legalization and permitting services.

Our team possesses advanced knowledge and extensive experience in navigating local administrations such as LADBS, Specific Plans, and District HOA, ensuring that each project is seamlessly executed from concept to completion. Stepan Narek Andreasian

Founder & CEO

Stepan Narek Andreasian is the design principal at SA Design. He earned his degree in Architecture, with honors, from Woodbury University. With an artistic background in fine arts, graphic design, and web design, Stepan has had the opportunity to explore abundant capacities of the arts through  freelance design projects. His creative endeavors began when Stepan developed his skill for drawing and painting at Atanian Art Center: School of Fine Art & Design. While staying true to his roots, Stepan’s passion for the arts shifted to graphic design and web design until he finally found what would become the ultimate expression of his unyielding creativity – residential design. His strong passion for the arts is the driving force in his dedication and constant improvement. Through his journey, Stepan has gained a deep respect for urban settings and the intimate relationship between human beings and their built environments.
