Narek went above and beyond throughout the process of designing our dream home- He also visited our home multiple times to go over design
and practicality of the new floor plan. Never once did we get any push back or complaints from him- He was very honest, open and on top of the
process with the city- Narek was able to get our current 1804 sq ft home plus 1 ,200 SqFt addition fully approved with the city of Burbank in only
8 months!

We worked with Narek at SA Designs for our home renovation/extension. This required permits with city of Glendale which we know how
difficult that is. We also had to work with a structural engineer. We were overwhelmed and Narek was there for us and patiently answered to all
