Narek Andreasian of SA Design provided the architecture designs for the rebuild of our home after the Eaton fire. After dealing with the shock of a lost home, Narek made the transition to rebuild much easier. Narek went above and beyond throughout the process of designing our dream home- He also visited our home multiple times to go over design
and practicality of the new floor plan. Never once did we get any push back or complaints from him- He was very honest, open and on top of the
process with the city- Narek was able to get our current 1804 sq ft home plus 1 ,200 SqFt addition fully approved with the city of Burbank in only
8 months!

We worked with Narek at SA Designs for our home renovation/extension. This required permits with city of Glendale which we know how
difficult that is. We also had to work with a structural engineer. We were overwhelmed and Narek was there for us and patiently answered to all
of our questions. He communicated with the city and with the structural engineer. We had a smooth and easy process going through permits
with city of Glendale. He was very professional and I could tell everyone at the city respected him which is very important to have a good
relationship with the city/permit department. Our home is completed and we are so happy with the final result. There isnt a week that goes by
