SA Designs is a Los Angeles residential architecture firm. We design new homes, additions, multifamily projects, and remodels across Greater Los Angeles — from Pacific Palisades and Malibu to the Hollywood Hills, Silver Lake, Glendale, Burbank, and the San Fernando Valley.
What each project shares is a strong relationship to its site, the landscape around it, and the specific way the people inside want to live. Design and permitting are handled together, by the same person, from the first sketch through approved permit.
Narek Andreasian
Founder & Design Principal
Narek grew up around art. He spent nine years at the Atanian Art Center, developing an eye for proportion and composition that shapes the way he approaches architecture to this day. He went on to study at Woodbury University, graduating with honors in Architecture.
He founded SA Designs to build a practice focused on residential work done well. Over the past decade, he has led projects across LA County: hillside estates in Bel Air, new construction in the Valley, additions throughout the Westside, and multifamily buildings across Southern California. Every project runs through him directly.
His knowledge of local jurisdictions is practical, earned over years of submittals and approvals across the City of Los Angeles, LA County, City of Glendale, City of Burbank, City of Pasadena, and City of Santa Monica.
